Shipping Method


Go-Trendy support worldwide delivery using Registered Air Mail (Singpost) so that you can track your order* and prevent package loss.
After the order is confirmed, we deposit the merchandise to Singpost on daily basis, every morning Mon-Sat. Therefore, you can make sure that you will receive your order shortly. How long your order delivery takes is dependent on when you make payment and the local postage time only.

Steps to make appointment for self-collection:
  1. Place order online as normal.
  2. Send an email to sales@go-trendy.com and indicate :
    • Order number: [your order number]
    • Date and time: [for ex., Sat 29 Aug 2009, 10am. ]
  3. We will get back to you asap to confirm appointment
  4. Meet-up must be done within 1 week after order confirmation.
What is meant by Normal postage / Registered mail/ Speedpost?
  • Normal postage: The package is delivered to your mailbox.
  • For orders using Normal postage, Go-Trendy is not responsible for package losses (if any)
  • Registered mail: The package is delivered to your doorstep. No loss guaranteed. You can also track your package status here. If nobody is at home, notification card is issued for you to take further action (request for re-delivery, or come to Post office to collect)
  • Speedpost: You will receive your order the NEXT working AFTERNOON after payment is made. Speedy, reliable, no loss. More info...

Malaysia and Brunei

Orders from Malaysia and Brunei must be shipped using Registered mail, to prevent loss and be provided with tracking status. Estimate to receive in 4-6 working days after payment.
