Item bought: CX014-01W - Fur shawl (White) http://go-trendy.com/t/design/whats-fashion/p/fur-shawl-white What I disliked: When the fur shawl arrived I realised it was more yellow than white in colour. While I am partially at fault for not clarifying with Go-Trendy before making my purchase, I do think it'll be better if the name of the produce would be renamed to say, "Fur shawl (Golden)" or indicate somewhere that the shawl is slightly yellow. I was looking for a purely white fur shawl actually :p What I liked: 1. I made payment via bank transfer. Since I don't have a bank account, I got a classmate to do it for me, and we weren't together at the bank. A huge misunderstanding occurred, and for some reason a receipt couldn't be generated and no transaction number was provided. I panicked and send a really wordy e-mail explaining everything to Go-Trendy - but they assured me very firmly and swiftly that they have received the payment. That was very nice of them. 2. Now my mum has a grudge of some kind against all forms of online shopping so I keyed in my friend's (who did the bank transfer for me) address and I selected Registered Mail. The package didn't appear at her house after 9 days! I thought something bad happened. But Go-Trendy replied in an e-mail, explaining in detail that my package had been waiting for me all the while at the post office (silly me!) If I think about that, the postage was considered really quick! (except I was slow in retrieving it.) Thank you Go-Trendy ^_^ Dethhart Read

This is the 1st time I ordered through local online shop, I was not very secure after reading so many negative remarks on some of the well advertised shop though. However decided to give this one a try. And now, I just received my clothes today, what a fast delivery. I ordered them on last Fri and make payment past midnight(to be exact on Sat 12am+), I didn't expect it to be sent on Sat itself. But to my surprise, it was sent out on that day. All my enquiries were responded promptly and the owner is very friendly and nice. Another compliment is that the clothes are exactly as what are displayed on the website. Keep up with the good job. I will definitely come back and shop again :D 1 feedback is that hope to see more clothes added.
