How do I know what size to choose? How to buy without trying?
Don't worry! Most of items at Go-Trendy is FREE SIZE and stretchable. All S, M, L sizes usually can fit. Besides, we provide customers with specific measurements for each item. Please check it out in item's description.

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?
Currently, strictly no return is allowed. However, do not worry, exchange is allowed if your order satisfies our
exchange policy. Besides, we will bear the postage cost for exchanging process.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Items may be reordered. If you are so fond of that style, you may contact us for more details. We are pleased to serve you.

Can I place order without registration?
Yes, you can. We want Go-Trendy customers to feel free to choose to (or not to) register. However, we recommend customers to register because there are some advantages as mentioned in below
FAQ. Besides, registration is fast and easy.

What if the merchandise is not in stock?
All products displayed on the Site are available for your order.
Occasionally, the only 1 item left is added to 2 carts (yours and some other's) concurrently (which is unlikely), the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order. We will contact you to refund. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

Why should I register while I can buy without registration?
Registration is absolutely FREE. Registration gives you advance notices of Go-Trendy promotions, plus the following additional benefits:
- You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
- You can have privileges of returning/frequent buyers, can enjoy referral discount if any and some other promotions that we offer for Go-Trendy members.

Yes, you can. Login to My Account and Edit.

Why I can view the item but later cannot add to cart?
You can view the item because there's still at least 1 item definitely (at the time you are viewing). However, maybe you are just a bit later than somebody else, who viewed item at the same time as you but just added that item to her cart before you.
We always try to make sure you can order only in-stock items to give you convenient shopping experience.

Why didn't I receive the order confirmation after checking out?
Usually we will automatically send out order confirmation email immediately after your check out. However, our emails might be blocked by email providers: Hotmail / MSN / Gmail etc. Please check spam/junk mail box. If you still cannot find it, please contact us.
